Your DVD instead of Culinary School?

Dear Chef:
I was attending The cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago / Le Cordon Bleu Program.

I came across your videos and would take notes, it was like free school for me. I loved it! I really improved my cooking skills tremendously.

I see you have a DVD now. I don't know how to purchase the DVD. I really need your help.

Volume 2 will be released by September 1st. You can expect Volume 3 by October 1st.

I have had many people tell me that my approach to cooking and teaching is like culinary school at home. I think you'd get a solid basic cooking education by watching all three volumes, perhaps even in the place of culinary school.
