The Perfect Steak and the Perfect Friday Night Party

Every Friday night, I am the one in charge of the perfect steak. I share my house with 3 friends and we have a traditional Friday dinner party. I take a very important role in the dinner because I cook the delicious steaks and the mashed potatoes.

First, I boil the steaks a bit. Then I add some salt, some tomato sauce and olive oil to the tops of the steaks, and cook them in the oven at 220 C. After 20-25 minutes, I plate up the steaks with the mashed potatoes I prepared and call my friends for the showtime. That's all!
