I stumbled across your videos while innocently looking for an alfredo sauce recipe. I had already viewed dozens of recipes, and was not really happy with any of them because they did not address the problems I had experienced in past attempts. I spent a good part of the afternoon watching a number of your videos, from which I learned a number of things that will be most useful in my future cooking endeavors.
I have always been one to take a recipe and immediately modify it to suit my taste. Sometimes my experiments worked out and sometimes they didn't. While I expect that will continue to be true, the tips I have already learned from you should significantly increase the likelihood of success. What you teach is more valuable than a million recipes, most of which are not worth the paper (or magnetic media) on which they are printed.

BTW, the alfredo sauce turned out much better than my previous attempts, although I still have much room for improvement.
