I would just like to thank chef Todd for sharing his knowledge with the world. I've always loved to cook but thanks to your videos I've been able to truly improve my basic skills. Sauteing is far easier then I could have ever imagined and the resulting plates filled with all sorts of awesomeness are amazing in taste. Everything is just starting to turn out so much better and I guess I would just like to say thanks :)
