How come you're better than most TEACHERS and CHEFS combined?

I enjoy cooking. You are a great Chef and a great natural Teacher, a most unusual combination.
Your knowledge,explanations and sense of humor are impressive. You impart valuable information in a no-nonsense manner. Your lack of lengthy intros and exits are appreciated.
I am very impressed (and much more knowledgeable).
I have placed you first on my Mac menu bar.
I am not normally prone to flattery (Due to a British background!).
