Caution, UNIX geek at work

I love to cook, and I even had a web site dedicated to some of the recipes I use most of the time. I was fooling around on my daughter's iPod and found your YouTube videos. After watching some of them I knew if I went to Culinary school I would want Todd to be my teacher. He has the same mindset I do about cooking by feel.

Keep up the great work and maybe if I get to NC I'll look you up.
