Beer instead of Mountain Dew
by: Miros

I’ve used a similar recipe but instead of Mountain Dew I used beer and some dijon mustard in addition. It’s actually is an awesome recipe especially if you allow for an overnight marinade with a nice flank steak. Put it on the grill and then when ready cut against the grain to produce some nice medium rare strips that can go on a salad, a next day sandwich and/or that night’s dinner.
