Finding a Cooking Coarse Episode

I was told in one of your Cooking Coarse videos to go to episode (18). Could you please help me find it? And could you please help make this type of search an easier find in the future? Thank you, and thank you for your website!

Cooking Coarse Episode 18 is Tomato Concassee. You can find it under the Cooking Methods tab on the navigation bar. Scroll down to "How heat is applied" link. The video is posted as an example of "Blanch" on the page. The link is:
