Chicken Breast Concoction

I took a chicken breast, sliced it in half and sauteed it in olive oil.
Once it was done I added sliced shallot and garlic; de-glazed the pan with Chablis, then added a splash of Worcestershire Sauce, some Basil and a touch of lime juice...

We had it with steamed broccoli, and spiral noodles cooked in garlic butter and sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese...

Delicious!

We are both still astounded at how just how satisfying cooking without a recipe can be!

You probably conceived of, and prepared this outstanding dish in the time it would take you just to FIND a recipe.

It's liberating to be able to cook anything from your creativity, isn't it?
