BYR-1+Knives+Chicken=SUCCESS

I finally had time to sit down and watch my new DVD, and what an eye-opener it is! So many things we take for granted have such an impact on our cooking. I went the next day and invested in cooking knives that should last the rest of my life. The improvement in balance and control is amazing. After practicing cuts on carrots and celery (for an ox-tail soup) I put myself to the test tonight, de-boned a five pound roasting chicken, stuffed it with wild rice, and seasoned it with butter, rosemary and black pepper. I have never been so proud of a meal I prepared. Thank you for the vision you bring and share with us. I have ordered the second DVD, and know that every lesson will help make my lifelong love of cooking reach true fruition.
