Another Easy Shrimp Skillet

Tonight's experiment:
I put a little left-over Bacon Fat in a hot pan, added some diced Shallot and cut-up Mushrooms, and then added some Shrimp.
I used Shrimp Broth to release the fond.
I then added some Pineapple Juice, a little Parsley and some left-over angel hair pasta.
I turned the heat down, mixed it all together and let everything get nice and warm.
Another success!
Next time I might add a little shredded coconut left over from the Ochee experiment...
