An Easy Dinner Recipe for a Good Chili

by Kimberley Norma Hughes
(Canada)

Everyone is always looking for easy dinner recipes. I've come up with a great one for chili - which I cook about once a month. The best part is that it uses leftover pork - pork chops, roast pork.

I'm wondering if anyone else has any chili recipe ideas that are similar - Maybe one that uses leftovers?

Chef Todd says:
Kimberly - I love the idea of using leftovers to make completely new dishes that are just as good as the original! Can you tell us more about your recipe? Are there any other "secrets" or "tips" other than using the leftover pork? Do you find the chops or roast pork work best? Thanks for the great idea!
