A Simple Chicken Recipe with Spice!

This simple chicken recipe really brings the spice! It starts out with a very basic and traditional sauce and then I add some special touches. I saute onions and garlic, making a bechamel sauce. To that I add some canned green chilies or roasted anaheim peppers with a dollop of sour cream.

I blacken chicken (for flavor) and cut it into strips. Then, I put the chicken and sauce on top of the rice for a flavorful meal.
