A Darn good burger

Well im a bit of a bbq nut. I take my bbq's very seriously and i enjoy impressing my family and friends with my grill recipes and i would love to share this great hamburger recipe with all of you!
Take two pounds of ground beef with 15 % fat, 20 if you can find it but i never can.
Put said beef in a larger mixing bowl. Add one egg to the beef. Mix that up a bit so the egg is thoroughly incorporated in the beef. This adds a good measure of moisture and keeps the burger from falling apart, dont worry you wont taste the egg. Next add a large spoon full of creamy horseradish to the mix. Now before you mix it together add a few teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce to the mix. Now if you can find it add two and a half tablespoons of herbed goat cheese spread, it you cant find it dont worry the burgers will still be great. Add a sprinkle of paprika and mix every thing together.
Now form out the patties to how ever many you need and lets get grilling.
As always you should have your bbq grill as hot as you can get it. Place your burgers down directly over the heating medium( coals or wood,i personally prefer mesquite) and Do Not cover the grill; remember were Grilling them Not baking them. Thats a mistake i see all to often. When the burger has turned brown a little more than half way up the side thats when its time to flip em. And remember you only need to flip em once. Add cheese the second you flip em to get the cheese gooey and melted with out having to cover your grill. Or dont add cheese its up to you. When they are cooked place on buns and dress them up how ever you prefer. Personally i put mayo on the bottom bun and i mix up some German whole grain mustard with horseradish and spread that on the top bun and it Always turns out excellent.
Good luck with your grilling and enjoy the burgers
Nick.
